Remember the staff called “Beauty”…
Doesn’t this stave represent one of the two witnesses at the end?
Take a look at beauty within the Book of Esther…
All of the words that are bolded speak of beauty in one way or another.
Es 2:2-3, 12, 13 “Let beautiful young virgins be sought for the king; and let the king appoint officers in all the provinces of his kingdom, that they may gather all the beautiful young virgins to Shushan, the citadel (palace), into the women’s quarters, under the custody of Hegai the king’s eunuch, custodian of the women. And let beauty preparations be given them.” …for thus were the days of their preparation apportioned: six mouths with oil of myrrh (from lilies), and six months with perfumes and preparations for beautifying women. Thus prepared, each young woman went to the king, and she was given whatever she desired to take with her from the women’s quarters to the king’s palace (in Shushan).
The key to unlock this mystery is found in the fact that the “beautiful young virgins” now are “the lilies of the field”. Any person, male or female, is a virgin today, like a female (young woman) to the Word of God (as a male). These are also called the “kings” and “priests” of the new priesthood based on promise and faith, not any particular earthly lineage. They need to have “beauty” preparations given to them.
Did you know that the women’s quarters of the temple,
or the place of the congregation,
is directly in front of the Eastern Gate,
called the Shushan Gate, and the Beautiful Gate?
So, even by the definition and name of this Gate,
Shushan is Beautiful, and she has the light of the East.
The lilies (shuwshans) of the field (of the world) are also beautiful, as are all of these “beautiful” young virgins during the time that Esther rose to power, as the queen.
Did you know that the female word for staff is distaff?
She, wisdom, holds the distaff (female side or branch of the family, her household) in her hand in Proverbs 31. She is also the staff called “Beauty”.
Will there be one who says: “I am the rose of Sharon and the lily of the valleys?” Will her lips be as a thread of scarlet and her fingers dripping with myrrh (the scent and oil of lilies) upon the handles of the lock? Both “rose” and “lily” speak of Shushan which means Lily, Rose, and Joy!
The other meanings of the Shushan Gate, or might we say, the lily gate, also point to a female role as High Priest, for this Gate is also called the “High Priest” Gate! Therefore, could someone with the name of Shushan be representing the right hand pillar, Jachin? If the Lord, as the Lamb, was our High Priest, according to the order of Melchizedek and of the tribe of Judah, who might be His wife, the Lamb’s wife?
Have you ever heard any person
named Shushan, Susan, Susanna,
or the like who was a man?
Weren’t lilies and roses crushed down and placed into olive oil to make the holy anointing oil for the priests to serve in the beauty of holiness in the holy of holies in the temple? The main female character in Song of Solomon, the Book read by the Jews during the Feast of Atonement, is the Shulamite, does it surprise you that she is described as “the rose of Sharon” and “the lily of the valleys”? Her anointing is His name poured forth and when she does this, the virgins follow her into the inner chamber, just as the virgins were gathered to Shushan, the palace.
You see, Scripturally speaking, when you, as a virgin unto the Lord and His Word, go into the inner chamber (the holy of holies) as His priest, you are being transformed into your new body, even your palace, or mansion. Both the aspects of being made “beautiful” and going into the “palace” speak of Shushan, the Lily. The Lily also speaks of preparation and then, being made pure, white, and holy for her Husbandman, even the Lord of hosts.
In my father’s house are many mansions or palaces, meaning new bodies! The feast of tabernacles during the 1000 years Millennium reign of the Lord shall be seeing your brothers and sisters with their new glorified bodies, just like our Lord, our Adonai, even Yeshua Ha Moshiach, Himself. And the daughters will be in the similitude of the palace, even like Shushan, and as a pillar of the temple!
The inner chamber, the holy of holies, the palace, and the secret place with the King as His wife, are all speaking of the same place that your Adonai has prepared for you and even all of his young beautiful virgins! This place prepared for you is your personal relationship in communion, fellowship, and harmony with Adonai, your Husband. When you sanctify yourself through the unveiled Word of the open lily blossom, you will know that to be true! You will be prepared, beautified, and sanctified in the washing of the water of the Word.
Who is His beauty?
What is this hidden mystery behind the Shushan Gate?
Shushan = Lily (the lily of the valleys) = Rose (the rose of sharon)
= Joy (the name of joy and the shout of joy in the morning)
Shushan Gate = Beautiful Gate = High Priest Gate
His Lily, His Beauty, His High Priest(ess) goes
into the inner chamber, even the bed chamber,
into the Holy of Holies for her Adonai, her Husband.
This gate is also called a Most Holy Gate and the Golden Gate
The New Jerusalem is called most holy, even the holy city,
and the king’s daughter has clothing of wrought gold (Ps 45).
The city (female) was “pure gold” and
The street of the city (the highway of holiness Isa 35) was “pure gold”,
Even clear as crystal or clear glass!
Who is she?
She is the New Jerusalem
coming down out of heaven,
appearing to her noble and willing people.
Staff = Beauty
She holds the “distaff”, the female side, or female branch
Of the family of God, her household! Prov 31.
In this, he represents the staff and she, the distaff,
Just as “Bonds”, corresponds to Jer 23 with he, and
“Beauty”, Jer 33 with she.
The virgins, her companions, in the gardens
shall be the 12 stars upon her head,
the 12 glorious gates, found fastened upon her wall, and
the 12 precious stones in rows upon
the breastplate of righteousness she shall wear,
And they (the two as one) shall bind
them all (144000)
upon themselves (the two witnesses),
As a bride does!
The Shushan Eduth (Shoshannim)
Unveils the truth of the Shushan Gate
And shows that its opening
Shall be Shushan Purim, the freewoman’s inheritance,
Even the 12 tribes of Israel.
Shushan, the Lily of Joy of the Valley,
shall shine with Resurrection and
Shoshannim (The Catching Away) and
shall forever be remembered,
even becoming a living memorial and
the right hand and southern pillar
of the temple!
